Atlantic salmon whole Fresh Salmon farmed in Norwegian cold & clean waters off the coast of Norway. A versatile fish prepared with the skin on for ease of cooking and to give a fuller flavour. Cold Water seafood generally takes a longer time to grow thus this gives more fat to the fish. This results in a better flavour on your plate. We offers both HOG (head-on gutted) and HG(head-off gutted) whole organic salmon. This product can also be delivered fresh or frozen. Based on the color, consistency and other factors all salmon is graded on a 3-point scale: * Superior quality (SUP) * Ordinary quality (ORD) * Production quality (for domestic customers only) Sizes vary from 1 to 9 kg fish and are packed according to your specifications and needs.
